When will my product be despatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

What if my friend doesn’t like their gift

We have a fuss free returns policy. If you are not happy, we are not happy. Just email us and we will sort out what to do next

How long will my order take to arrive

We despatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) from Gisborne. Your distance from us will determine how long your parcel takes. Also please be aware that high season such as Christmas your parcel may take longer to arrive. This is all out of our control and we try to get you your purchase as soon as we can.
