Shipping Policy

We really regret having to charge a postage charge but with the increase in fuel, wages and the general cost of living it has become necessary. We do have a large network of stockists if you would rather purchase from a store. Please click on the link at the bottom of the page to view your local store. If you do not have one, maybe call into your local Gift Store, Pharmacy, Boutique or Cellar Door and suggest they become a stockist.

We ship with Australia Post within Australia. We do not ship outside Australia due to the incredible cost of shipping.

Shipments are made from Ingleburn, New South Wales, Australia and are sent for a flat rate fee of $14.

If an order is received before 12pm they do try to get the order out that day, staff permitting. After 12pm will be sent the next day with Friday afternoon orders leaving on Monday. Depending on your distance from Ingleburn, New South Wales shipping time can be between 1 and 2 days for central suburbs and an additional 3-6 business days for Western Australia and Regional locations.

You will receive an email with your tracking details – ensure you enter your email address correctly so the email arrives promptly. If you don’t see it within 36 hours of placing the order please check your ‘Spam’ folder and if it’s not there let us know at customerservice@coolclutch.net so we can help you keep an eye out for your shipment.

Please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering (unless the item is on back order) and keep an eye out for it as it could be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up.

You can request for the parcel to be left at the door/behind the gate/etc. however if this is the case Cool Clutch can’t take responsibility for missing parcels.

Express Shipping

We do offer Express Shipping. This option can be chosen during check out.

International Shipping

Due to the cost of freight International Shipping is no longer offered.
